XFP: Next-Generation Vocational Education

Demand for vocational and specialist education is growing exponentially, but competition is strong and well established. Developing a new model became a strategic necessity. This is how we responded.

Creating a new model for vocational and specialist education

Vocational education has become one of the most reliable pathways to employment immediately after graduation. Demand continues to grow, while public provision is unable to absorb it. As a result, the number of private institutions has increased, making the market significantly more competitive. We were asked to support the launch of a new private center in Madrid. It was essential to identify a differentiating factor that would make it stand out and become attractive in a market already crowded with established private schools. We integrated AI both vertically and horizontally across all the programs offered, creating a new model that opened up a new category within vocational education. To make this possible, we had to recruit specialist faculty in this field and train them to help other teachers integrate AI across all programs. We also trained the sales team to communicate the value of this new model and launched it to the market with a new identity and messaging that disrupted the category.
