After more than 15 years leading University Development at Nebrija University in Madrid, Juan Antonio Escarabajal heads a multidisciplinary team with decades of experience working with educational institutions.
During his tenure, Juan Antonio and his team developed a new university growth model at Nebrija, which competitors gradually adopted year after year. This included the launch of cross-disciplinary programs, international expansion, financial aid initiatives and pricing strategies, partnerships with leading companies, the creation of Nebrija institutes worldwide, the development of student residences, the optimization of sales channels, and the advancement and definition of digital education, vocational training, and specialist programs.
Leading the business strategy is Marc Díaz Williams, a member of the entrepreneurship panel at IE Business School in Madrid and selected in the “Choiseul 100 ranking” as one of Spain's most promising young talents.
César García leads strategic marketing and communications. With over 30 years of experience—16 of them in the education sector—he is one of Spain’s most renowned and award-winning creatives. Considered one of the country’s most decorated creative directors, he has been awarded 8 Cannes Lions, cementing a career marked by innovation and impact.
Jorge Hernández, with more than 16 years of experience in developing pedagogical models, brings expertise in educational psychology.
Finally, José María Muntané leads digital strategy. With extensive experience in digital marketing for educational institutions, he has collaborated with Abat Oliba CEU University (Barcelona), Camilo José Cela University (Madrid), Complutense University of Madrid, the University of Andorra, UDIT (University of Design, Innovation and Technology), and TAI Arts University (Madrid), among others.
Together, they form a multidisciplinary team of experts in education, working to design and manage the adaptation of educational models to change. Their work ranges from defining differentiated programs and integrating technology to optimizing sales channels and building a strong strategic positioning that stands out from the competition and becomes a key factor for attracting students and families.
